3. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full via cash, UPI, or bank transfer before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any applicable taxes or delivery charges will be added to the final invoice.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed via phone or in person.

  • Once confirmed, cancellation or modification may not be possible depending on the delivery stage.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery timelines are based on availability and distance.

  • M/s Mahakal Traders will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper access for unloading at the delivery site.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of the goods, returns are not accepted once materials are delivered and unloaded.

  • If any product is found defective or damaged during delivery, it must be reported immediately upon receipt for possible replacement or adjustment.

7. Limitation of Liability

M/s Mahakal Traders shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including delays in construction projects, caused by the use or supply of our materials.
